You can do this by following the instructions in the communication where this is an electronic message, or by contacting us using the details provided in the communication.

If the business is sold or integrated with another business, your details will be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser’s adviser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.

As we are an Indian company, personal data collected by us will be processed in India and in accordance with privacy laws in India.

We do not do any business outside India and hence do not have any liability towards any data provided by anyone outside India. If you are not a resident of India you are prohibited from providing any personal data using our website or other means. Any such data entry is your sole responsibility and Milicare Industries will NOT be held responsible or accountable for privacy of any such data. Milicare reserves the right to treat all such unwanted data as junk and summarily delete all such data without any liability whatsoever.

How Is Your Data Protected?

To safeguard your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters to secure all storage and transmission of personal data by us, and disclosing personal data both internally and to our authorised third party service providers and agents only on a need-to-know basis.

You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to protect the security of your information and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures.

In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances (in particular, where we do not have to process the data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement, or where we are using the data for direct marketing).
